I uploaded 3GB and now waiting while 'saving...this could take a moment' message for now 16 hrs! why so long?? I need this to client asap

Please explain why 2 files with total size of 3GB are taking so long to become available. You promote up to 20GB upload amounts, yet I've been waiting for over 16 hrs for this transfer to save. I've already had to wait 48hr for it to upload. I understand the upload speed is not in your control, but the saving is... I need these files to a client asap.
